No-brainers

Yu Darvish: 4/9 vs Sea; 4/14 @ Min

C.J. Wilson: 4/9 @ Min; 4/14 @ NYY

Matt Moore: 4/10 @ Det; 4/15 @ Bos

Neftali Feliz: 4/10 vs Sea; 4/15 @ Min

These are some of the best pitchers in the AL and should be started each week, but especially this week when they have double duty.

Not too shabby

Ivan Nova: 4/9 @ Bal; 4/15 vs LAA

Chris Sale: 4/9 @ Cle; 4/14 vs Det

Rick Porcello: 4/10 vs TB; 4/15 @ ChW

Philip Humber: 4/10 @ Cle; 4/15 vs Det

Tom Milone: 4/9 vs KC; 4/14 @ Sea

These guys have at least one favorable matchup between their two starts and are decent enough pitchers to take advantage of it.

Felix Doubront: 4/9 @ Tor; 4/15 vs TB

Hector Noesi: 4/9 @ Tex; 4/14 vs Oak

Josh Tomlin: 4/9 vs ChW; 4/15 @ KC

Blake Beavan: 4/10 @ Tex; 4/15 vs Oak

Nick Blackburn: 4/9 vs LAA; 4/14 vs Tex

Luis Mendoza: 4/9 @ Oak; 4/15 vs Cle

Graham Godfrey: 4/10 vs KC; 4/15 @ Sea

Kyle Drabek: 4/10 vs Bos; 4/15 vs Bal

These guys either have unfavorable matchups or are inconsistent and are therefore not reliable enough to count on during a two-start week.

Other Favorable Matchups

C.C. Sabathia: 4/11 @ Bal

Sabathia is 16-2 with a 2.74 ERA in his career against Baltimore.

Justin Verlander: 4/11 vs TB

Verlander is just a stud pitcher and should never sit on your bench, period.

Derek Holland: 4/12 vs Sea

Holland is 5-1 with a 3.17 ERA against Seattle.

Felix Hernandez: 4/13 vs Oak

King Felix is 13-4 with a 2.71 ERA against Oakland.
